The journey started in St Johns Wood London where Ian was an equity partner in Brian Lack and Co before setting up Hollingdale Kane Real Estate. Ian Moved to Dubai in 2004 and has managed brokerage teams at Oceanview, Asteco, Chestertons, Luxury Property. Com and AA Properties. During 19 years in Dubai Ian has handled numerous high-profile sales including land, villa and apartment sales notably on palm Jumeirah totaling in excess of AED 1 billion. Recently Ian has been running his own consultancy company advising numerous clients on high level property acquisitions in Dubai and Internationally
