This development is located in the historic district of Deira in Riggat Al Buteen. This area is dotted with restaurants, stores and a variety of office and residential buildings.
Due to its central location and proximity to the highway Sheikh Rashid Rd, it is an easy drive to any part of the city and to the neighboring emirate of Sharjah. Two metro stations, Al Rigga Metro Station and Deira City Centre Metro Station, are within walking distance.
The Dubai International Airport is no more than a 7-10-minute drive away. The nearest beach is Al Mamzar Beach, 10 minutes away, and Jumeirah Beach, 15 minutes. The world’s tallest skyscraper Buj Khalifa, the Dubai Aquarium and the Underwater Zoo are a 10-minute drive away.
